My LVAD INFO-Card

For the past several months,
I have been handing these inf0-cards out.

I have been handing these cards out for the pastr several months now to raise awareness and to "explain" to folks what i really have :-) i will be bringing them to the Summit as well.

And the good saga continues.... In California!
